Kristina Mjörnell (PhD, Docent) is Business and innovation area manager for Sustainable cities and communities at RISE and Adjunct Professor in Building physics at LTH, Lund University. She has been a project manager R&D coordinating a number of projects related to quality assurance in the retrofitting process, energy efficient buildings and heat and moisture in the building envelope. After her PhD she has 5 years of experience as a consultant in the field of building environment and 12 years of experience from applying for, coordinating and working in a substantial number of national and international R&D projects within the field of moisture safety, energy efficiency, indoor environment and renovation. Kristina was coordinating the SQUARE project www.iee-square.eu and is now the coordinator of the national strong research environment SIRen Sustainable Integrated Renovation. Kristina is president of ENBRI, member of the Partnership Board of the EeB PPP representing the Private Side of the ” Energy- Efficient Buildings ” PPP in Horizon 2020, Member of the board of National Renovation Centre in Sweden, Member of division III, Built Environment at IVA, member of board of IVA West Sweden and member of the research committee in IQS.
