As one of the largest property companies in Sweden, we meet our customers and partners on their terms. This strategy is reflected in the development and management of efficient and attractive knowledge environments, through services and products that simplify life for undergraduate and graduate students, and by creating sustainable campuses as an asset for the entire community. Our extensive experience and focus on the academic world enable us to build both innovatively and for the long term. To meet the increased demand we have many large projects underway over the next few years. We believe in the meeting between academia, industry and the community, and we believe in the meeting between people. Together, we gain the inspiration and the knowledge we need to create the foundation for successful research and education. Together we boost Sweden as a nation of knowledge.
