  • SBE member organisation (iiSBE, CIB, FIDIC, UN Environment)
  • Employees of BEYOND 2020 organiser and supporting partners (Chalmers, RISE, Johanneberg Science Park, City of Gothenburg)
  • Presenters (both scientific and non-scientific sessions)
  • Authors and co-authors of accepted papers and digital posters (including PhD students)
  • Scientific Committee Members

 IMPORTANT: please note that all delegates are required to pay Swedish VAT on the registration fee (25%), social events (25%) and hotel (12%).

REGISTRATION FEES

All registration fees include: attendance to all sessions, conference material, lunches and refreshments in the breaks during the conference days.
The student fee applies for all students enrolled in a recognized academic institution. To register, students must be able to provide Student ID or similar documentation.

VAT ON FEES – IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The fees are stated in SEK excluding Swedish VAT. Please note that all delegates are required to pay Swedish VAT on the registration fee (25%), social events (25%) and hotel (12%). Swedish tax legislation requires us to charge VAT (25%) on registration fees for both Swedish and non-Swedish customers. If your company is headquartered in a EU VAT-area country, you may apply for a VAT refund at your tax office in your home country.

VISA LETTER

Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorisation to attend the meeting can download and fill out the form. The form can be downloaded here.

PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we ask for in the registration is the information we need to properly arrange the meeting, logistics, login, payments etc. We will share relevant information with our partners (travel agency / hotel / venue and industry) for the same purpose. Neither we nor our partners will share any information with third parties. We may keep your name and email address for future events, but you are always free to reject any invitations. We can not register your information without your approval. By clicking the “I have read and accept the privacy policy” button in our registration forms, you agree that we store your information according to the privacy policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION AND SOCIAL EVENTS

The registration is binding, but may be transferred to another person of your organisation to a cost of SEK 250 excluding VAT. Please contact Meetx in writing via beyond2020@meetx.se. Let us know who is not attending, and who the registration should be transferred to. Include contact details to the new delegate.

CANCELLATION OF HOTEL

1-10 hotel rooms:

  • Cancellation until 8 weeks before arrival – free of charge
  • Cancellation 8 to 6 weeks before arrival – 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
  • Cancellation 6 to 4 weeks before arrival – 80% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
  • We regret that no cancellation within 4 weeks before arrival will be refunded.

More than 10 hotel rooms:

  • Cancellation until 12 weeks before arrival – free of charge
  • Canellation 12 to 8 weeks before arrival – 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
  • Cancellation 8 to 4 weeks before arrival – 80% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
  • We regret that no cancellation within 4 weeks before arrival will be refunded.

Please note that change of arrival/departure dates within this deadline is to be counted as cancellation. Changes and/or cancellations has to be made directly in written form to Sweden MEETX AB and not to the hotel. Contact us by sending an email to beyond2020@meetx.se

METHOD OF PAYMENT

All payments should be made in Swedish Kronor (kr/SEK). All bank transfer charges in connection with transferring fees are to be paid by the delegate. No personal, company or Euro-cheques will be accepted.

Payment can be made by the following methods:
Credit card – Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Please note that all credit card payments are made through a secure and encrypted online payment gateway, and will be listed as a transaction with Sweden Meetx AB on your credit card statement.

Invoice – Only possible for Swedish companies/organisations with a valid Swedish VAT number (Org.nr). Invoices should be paid within 30 days.
